Default FISTA tanker retires

Mitch tells a story about a ride his TPS class took from Edwards to
Lakenheath in early spring in a KC-135, during which their
shenanigans\\\\\\\\\\\ efforts to keep warm were rewarded with a short
but unexpected period of microgravity. It's a good story (hint hint),
but those Air Force guys, you always wonder how much they're
embellishing.

None, apparently. Mitch will be glad to hear that the Air Force has
*finally* retired NKC-135E tail number 55-3135. :-) Its last
mission, on 8 Sep 2004, was in support of the Genesis reentry. It's
already at Davis-Monthan.
