Default ASTRO: Stellafane people: me and my scope.

Is it dark yet? My mirror's been cooling for an hour!!

A man and his Obsession.......

Obsession 20-inch Dob that is!

Despite the trees in the picture this location has a clear view of most of
the sky except for some of the east. The view south is low and beautiful.

George, that's a quite impressive scope. Now if one could find a way to put
it on a GEM and use it for some CCD imaging ;-)

Stefan,

Ya..... I buy the scope for "visual" and the first thing I thought of
was: "Now how do I use it for imaging!"

However, while I still have good eyes and easy access to very dark sky
I'll use the Dob with "eyes" and the RC with "CCD".
