descision; or didn't notice that an alternate impetus for an assertion
of cluelessness was provided.

Rather than suggest that the outgoing FNVW was being *clueless* by
accidently missing the support afforded to the nomination by the
present FNVW, I simply renominated Bruce for the award at the earliest
convenience.
