Default Lunar Eclipse Imminent!

Beginning shortly after 1:00 AM PDT 8-28-07 (in about an hour from
now) the Moon will begin to be eclipsed, and will progress to a total
eclipse, which be the longest eclipse of the Moon in seven years!

Excellent report Commander, simply breathtaking! A full moon
eclipse, wow, she's a beaut. Coffeeboys stop dilly dallying and serve my
profound Science Officers some fresh brew for this beautiful occasion.

Wait, what does this all mean, heaven helps us!

amazing,

Just exiting totality now. A good show. The clouds cleared away for me
just in time.

This was one of the best shows since the Hale-Bopp comet. We had
wonderful clear skies, and calm, warm weather. End of the eclipse
was about 0440 PDST.

Nice.

It's so easy to be looking up at the lunar eclipse
and losing yourself in antiquity. Of a sudden,
you're an ancient Greek staring up at the huge
arc-shadow across the darkening goddess Selene
planet.

And you wonder... is this ground, this Earth that
i stand upon, is it *really* flat? Or could that
crazy, lunatic fool up on the hill, who says Earth
is round, maybe he's right?

NaahhhhT.

happy days and...
starry starry nights!

--
Heard a question the other day,
Seem it a soulful sign--
If you wouldn't say it in person, then
Why say it online?

Indelibly yours,
Paine

Why would I want to think of myself as a greek. I am a Native
American. Why do all you Europeans descendants think in euro-centric
thoughts. Are you so ****ing narrow minded?

Christ, Bob, you kook- and nonsense-lovers
really *can't* carry on a decent discussion!

And you wonder... is this ground, this Earth that
i stand upon, is it *really* flat? Or could that
crazy, lunatic fool up on the hill, who says Earth
is round, maybe he's right?

Moron, the Greeks never thought or considered the world was flat. the
narrow minded Saulist from Roman had to consider Man and the Earth as
the center of the universe. your Euro-center thinking has clouded
your ability to think or understand history or cultures. You are an
imbecile.

**** off, Bob.

happy days and...
starry starry nights

--
A secret of the Universe,
So please don't breathe a word of this,
Selene, the Moon, will smile perverse
When e'er she sees true lovers kiss--
Breathe not a single word of this.

Paine
