Default Non Newtonian Propulsion (PNN)

PNN ( Propulsione Non Newtoniana)

The basis of the PNN is the violation of the III principle of newton through a procedure not yet disclosed.
An example of violation of action reaction principle is in https://neolegesmotus.wordpress.com/...f-wave-dipole/
https://neolegesmotus.wordpress.com/...-expectations/
https://neolegesmotus.wordpress.com/...nn-spacecraft/

Last experiment of non newtonian propulsion in summary:
Hooked F432 to the Kern scale with a bracket (prototype and dashboard stand low)
