Default Average insolation on mars?

I was wondering if anybody has some numbers for average martian
insolation, say on the equator. I found some data suggesting that
insolation measurements at one of the viking sites was between 300W/m^2
(presumably at noon) in the summer and less than 100W/m^2 in winter. But
I'm not too sure how representative that data is or even if the source
was accurate. Any help would be appreciated. Thx.
