Default Does Arp's Picture disprove the Big Bang?

I came across this picture taken by Halton Arp with the Hubble telescope
supposedly showing a quasar in front of a nearby galaxy, NGC7319. The
quasars are among the most distant objects in the universe, yet here is
a single picture, if verified tends to cast doubt on the Big Bang
cosmology.

Whoever told you the quasar is in front of the galaxy is lying. Its'
spectrum shows strong absorption lines meaning that it is either within, or
behind the galaxy. If it is confirmed to be within that galaxy then it
would create a problem. There is nothing however to say that it is not a
chance alignement like this one that Arp used to rabbit on about:

A distant bright quasar can easily shine through the disk of a galaxy
unless the extinction is unusually high.

This is exactly what is said on Arp's web page. I questioned it.

Yes, I can believe this~!

Note that I am not claiming that all of this stuff has been settled. What I
am saying the the case of Arp, Burbidge et al has not been established.
