Default Pioneer 10 Anomaly solved via Dual Space Theory

I have produced a reasonable solution to the Pioneer 10 Anomaly that
has baffled science for about 7 years now. I am presenting a paper
Apr. 16th at the Tampa APS meeting. They allotted me a poster session!
The paper "Pioneer 10 Anomaly Explained by Dual Space Theory" is
available as #4 on my website http://www.dualspace.net.
You should see the reference #2 and #3 in the paper to get the flavor
of the current bafflement. Please view it as new science.
