Default Why Should NASA Have It Both Ways?

om...

The explanation has already been made that the *copies* of
the films that JTM has are overexposed, and so the black ID
band is washed out on many of the clips he has.

You and Pappy need to get something *straight*, Jon Berndt.
All my FOIA film was obtained full reel (*no* FOIA "clips").

If you have any semblance of honesty or ethics, you'll *identify
by camera* any overexposed film clips of mine which allegedly
show a "washed out" black ID band. (I have *none*, and the
records of *all* our FOIA requests are quite public!)

Finally, my FOIA film from camera E207 is no different than
the film NASA provided the Presidential Commission. If the
Rogers Report and the JSC Mission History Video are based
on corrupted film copies, you're even more out of luck.
