Default was that ISS?

Hello

On 16 of july i was camping and i saw a bright light in the sky
approximately at 21h51 and i thought that might be the ISS.
The next week after de camping trip i try to confirm it but the time
that ISS was supposedly pass was between 21h36 and 21h39.
So my question is was that ISS that i saw? is that 12 minute gap
possible?

Here is de coordinates to my location on the 16 of july :

Castelo Novo, 40.0830N, 7.5000W

Thanks,
Ricardo
