Looks like just a rehash of Narlikar's stuff. Not particularly interesting.

Not exactly!

Martin gives a nice overview of critical issues - and tells the truth!
He is the first, who makes - correctly - a clear distinction between my
photon energy loss due to power of conservation and all the other
tired light ideas.

And he provides the most complete bibliography I've seen!

Read it and weep! All of you bigbangologists...
