Default March Equinox 2019

Do people really wish to prescribe to a planet with a zero degree inclination and a pivoting circle of illumination ?.

This notion has been appearing more and more recently as though it could even begin to be justified in an attempt to say that day and night are equal. It completely ignores the Polar day/night cycle where no such symmetry occurs and more importantly, it prevents the use of the Polar day night cycle and its rotational cause from making it into circulation.
