ASTRO: First Saturn image re-processed
130/900 Newton, 25 mm Plössl oculair, camera mount for my FujiFilm S5500
camera. One photograph, so no stacking. Having an ear infection at the moment :-( so busy with re-processing some images now that I have plenty of time. I have one image of Saturn that was ok .. and reprocessed it. Still grainy but it's clearer and more easy to look at (or whatever you call it :-) ) For comparisson I included my first try (Saturn1) and the one I did now (Saturn2). Both the same image but postworked in different ways. -- Menno ===================== My 3D Art can be seen on http://www.3dart4u.com http://tinyurl.com/c8g96 (3DCommune) http://brycetest.3dart4u.com (Bryce Speed Test) http://wallpaper.3dart4u.com (3D and other wallpapers) ===================== Remove nospam in mail address when mailing me |

That will greatly reduce your grain and increase the detail seen in the photos. Both are free programs. Rick -- Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct. Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh". |

Rick Thanx Rick :-) And yes I know ... but problem is that I don't have multiple images, at least not of almost equal quality. My camera can make AVI's but somehow on my system it will not be split into frames. I tried almost every bit of software to try and do that but it will not do the job of splitting it into frames. Seems that the AVI's from my camera are viewable but not splitable .... Menno |

It will reject those not suitable. AVI is easier of course but not the only way of getting pictures in the programs. -- Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
