Federal Regulations and control will turn this promising
technology into yet another White Federal Elephant.

I mean, if you need examples, look at Social Security --- broke.
The Post Office -- operating way in the read.
Amtrak -- the first train has yet to be on schedule.
Our Military -- the Rules of Engagement rendered it impotent.
