The author can't provide how Mather's COBE satellite was such a
failure, just says that it was.

I like this sentence: "As of September 10, 2007 there has been no
response
That suits me just fine!"

That is laugh on its face as the site is beneath a response and I feel
silly even typing this. This isn't even a case of David vs. Goliath as
this "David" is really nobody...
