Default Rey's Constellations

Is Rey's constellation outlines copyrighted, or just another way of
outlining the same stars? The reason i ask is if i use those outlines on a
product (T-shirt, mug, etc.) am i violating a copyright law?

i know the BOOKS are copyrighted, but i was wondering about his way of
outlining the constellations. i see that Starry Night Backyard has a choice
of the standard outlines or Rey's, so that made me wonder.
