New tumbler: USA 181 Booster (05004-B)

Default New tumbler: USA 181 Booster (05004-B)

I just spotted the USA 181 booster, which appears to be tumbling
at about 5 RPMs. It was easily visible in 10 x 50 binoculars,
varying between magnitudes 5 and 7.
