Default IMPORTANT energy\matter clarification

I stated before that:

- As kinetic energy flowed up it inverted into potential energy on the
way up.

- As fluid matter flowed down it inverted into solid matter on the way
down.

I just want to clarify that:

As kinetic energy flows up through solid matter the solid matter turns
into fluid matter and the kinetic energy turns into potential energy.

As fluid matter flows down through potential energy that potential
energy turns into kinetic energy and the fluid matter turns into solid
matter.

So,

Kinetic energy turns solid matter into fluid matter.

Fluid matter turns potential energy into kinetic energy.

and,

Solid matter turns kinetic energy into potential energy.

Potential energy turns fluid matter into solid matter.

-Josh.
