I don't mean to rain on your parade, but this video from 0:36 to 0:39 clearly
shows the wings are some type of fabric stretched over traditional rigid ribs
and spars. I see the inventor stretching the fabric tight at 0:38, but I don't
see anyone pumping air into them.

Maybe you can call the landing "gear" inflatable since this is also a
hovercraft...
