Congresswoman /astronaut's wife Gabrielle Giffords shot in Tucson

She used to the chairman of the United States House Science Subcommittee
on Space and Aeronautics, though I'm not sure if she still holds that
post in the 112th Congress.
She is married to astronaut Mark Kelly, who is scheduled to command the
last planned Shuttle mission.
