Default Observational evidence that the earth is undergoing an expansion

There is observational evidence that the earth is undergoing an
expansion, with the strongest evidence being that the continents fit
together most accurately only on a sphere half the present radius of
the earth.

See:

Carey S.W. Theories of Earth and Universe. A History of Dogma in the
Earth Sciences, Stanford Univ. Pres.,1989.

Press, Australia, 2005.

A simple hypothesis is that as dark matter passes through the earth, a
proportion gets converted to normal matter.

However, the following suggests a deeper process:

Dynamical 3-Space: Emergent Gravity
Cahill R.T.
http://arxiv.org/abs/1102.3222

".....In the case of planets these central effects would result in
conditions akin to those of the earliest seconds of the big bang, when
nuclear processes were significant, and when matter was formed from
the extremely chaotic dynamics of space, but in the case of planets
the conditions prevail over billions of years. This suggests that
there are ongoing matter producing conditions at the centers of
planets. Such a process would cause the planet to exhibit an ongoing
and accelerating expansion, which would also be accompanied by excess
heat....."

And the dinos would die because they no longer could supoprt their own weight.
Some huge acient birds would die because they did not have enough muscle power anymore to fly or take of.
Only the smaller animals would survive.
Smaller trees too.

BUT the earthquake in Japan shoved that plate UNDER the Atlantic one,
opposite to an expansion.
And all that water that filled the gaps between the continents,
where did that come from?

Anyways, the whole thing could be much more dynamic, with changes happening
during short periods due to external cosmic events.

Maybe the next one is just around the corner :-).
And only the flies and mosquitos will last.

There is observational evidence that the earth is undergoing an
expansion,

that would explain the dropping of seal water levels worldwide

Where does the new mass come from?

Is this confirmed by earth satellite orbital tracking?

And all the earthquake related GPS stations monitoring shifts in the crust.

However, the following suggests a deeper process:

Dynamical 3-Space: Emergent Gravity
http://arxiv.org/abs/1102.3222

Can you summarise, please?

In dynamical 3-space theory, space is a 3-dimensional entity that
expands and flows. In this theory, the expansion of the universe is
caused by the expansion of space and gravity is caused by the
acceleration of space into matter.

So the theory can account for the expansion of the universe without
needing to assume the existence of dark energy.

However, the acceleration of space into planets is predicted by the
theory to cause extreme conditions at their centers, because near the
center of each planet, components of the flow would become
concentrated into a small volume.

It is hypothezised that these conditions might allow new matter to be
created by the kind of processes that occured during the big bang, but
in a much slower and gentler way.
