Default Pacific NW Fireball 27 July 2004

MIAC has reported a West Coast Fireball on 27 July 2004 at 07:29:30 U.T.
observed from North Vancouver B.C. I have checked the Sandia All-sky Camera
tape at EMO Courtenay B.C. and a bright fireball was recorded at 00:29:21
Pacific Daylight Time in my NW sector. If you have observed this fireball
please report the details and fill out a fireball report form. Thank you.

I was observing at that time from Mt. Pilchuck which is about 13 miles from
Granite Falls, Washington and perhaps slightly more than 100 miles south of
North Vancouver B.C. and saw nothing dramatic. A few stray meteors and a
satellite or two. That's it.

Any idea of a possible radiant? We are currently in the midst of the Southern
Delta Aquarid shower, and activity is very high. My allsky camera captured 16
SDAs over six hours the night before last- with a bright Moon and some cloud
cover. SDAs aren't typically noted for producing spectacular fireballs, but this
shower can't be ignored, especially when it is so active this year. I recorded
two magnitude -3 SDAs within 5 minutes of the time of your fireball.

I've posted the data from my camera at
