And this THING is NOT an artifact ) http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/galle...0P1901L0M1.JPG No doubt a piece of the airbags - those things were bouncing all over the shop. HTML instead of plain text. Thank you for this Ed ! Mostly from the same group of "likely suspects," evidently. Check out these two images which show many bright pixels in the same places, even though the view shifts: http://tinyurl.com/ywujw http://tinyurl.com/3eb9d I guess the quoted text above indicates that pixels may be degraded by radiation damage as time goes by. Joe Thanks Joe, I wrote that the dots were proven NOT to be artifacts (at least most of them) after long hours of comparaisons of all available photos, and I'm glad that you double checked that ! Have you noticed that the dots are not all the same size ? Is there a relation with the bright thing in the middle of this image ??? And this THING is NOT an artifact ) http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/galle...0P1901L0M1.JPG ERic Who will finally not go to see the doctor ) |
