In the upper floors do they have strange green men serving a telescope
to spy on the earth from mars?

i can't say as i remember there was more than one story to that building but
i could be way off

in the meantime, the hardware store in the same block had this cool product
called ant killer, i imagine he was hired by Joe Pesci to off someone,

right after I noticed the ant killer,

who i wonder if was committing formicide or homicide as part of his contract

i noticed a guy with elvis like sideburns

i think he was supposed to be a killbilly

in fact, i wouldn't doubt that the ant killer and the killbilly were
characters from the rudy rucker book i read last year

yes that's where I meant, but I wasn't aware of the disaster area

could you give me some details

Ermm.... that 757 which totally disappeared into the Pentagon .... the 737
which went under the 13th Street Bridge and the Metrotrain crash half hour
after that? School bus and garbage truck fatal crash this week? Yet the
parking is absolutely morbid, my dear!

I remember this of course, but never really knew that it was on the
Clarendon side or anywhere near wilson blvd

the 737
which went under the 13th Street Bridge and the Metrotrain crash half

hour
after that?

this story i don't know at all

School bus and garbage truck fatal crash this week?

i stopped watching the news or tv of any type. I have a new apartment and
they gave me access to better tv stations. so now I have jewelry television
and that is all i watch

Yet the
parking is absolutely morbid, my dear!

i can confirm that it was pretty bad

I like the old town. If you're fond of art, check out the Principle Gallery
on King and the Torpedo factory on N.Union (also the rather spiffing Chart
House restaurant next door!) Good watering holes abound but my fave trough
is the Wharf restaurant which overlooks the waterfront. Shame you've missed
the Waterfront Festival, back in June... a couple of days of music and mirth
thrown together by the Red Cross (in Oronoco Park). Problems-wise, they do
have the occasional wild pig stampede down there. Also, the water turns
stinky-red at certain times. I usually drink too much of it anyway. Just
keep an eye out for low-flying Boeings and glib-cunning-rogue paste
salesmen. Jewellery TV indeed... whatever next.

Oh... what's all this to do with astroturf (or any other kind of synthetic
lawn come to that... ) ? Am I in the wrong ward again? NURSE!!!!!

I have enjoyed those many times

that one is wonderful. They have the best cioppino. I try go there about
once a month for that treat

I had a wedding to go but i did go last year. it was wonderful.
(I bought a 6 carat untreated congo aqua from one of the vendors. I love
that stone)

I really like those kinds of events. I hung out for a good bit and listened
to the bands, enjoyed the wonderful food. it was great. the day was
beautiful

I am unawarea of these issues

actually i really get a kick out of the low flying jets there, it is kind of
neat to look at.
i don't buy paste tho

Jewellery TV indeed... whatever next.

well at least i wasn't watching hsn. i skimmed past it yeasterday and they
were selling those silly cutesy christopher radko statuettes. the
salesperson said - look he's tall just like abraham lincoln.
now if that's not an endorsement of cuteness requiring purchase and
installation on an end table idon't know what is

Oh... what's all this to do with astroturf (or any other kind of synthetic

i think it is so funny when guys react this way.

Do you ever check out the picture of the day and similar photos of astro
phenomena. My favorites are the ones with all the colors. Looking at these
is no different than appreciating gemstones. Science, miracles, beauty.
COLOR. gorgeous. Jewelry is just the way to make these bits of wonderment
portable. You cannot carry a star in your hand, but you can certainly plunk
a beautiful well cut gem on there and carry it with you and stare it all day
until you can see the stars again.

and can you imagine how the sun, a special star, enjoys genstones and vice
versa. most of them love the sun better than the indoor lights.

i don't need an excuse to love jewelry but that's one strong reason why i do
