The new apartments being built here are being worked on day and night,
7 days a week! They are trying to get them rented before the bottom
falls out of the rental market. I predict that will happen about the
same time the unemployment checks run out (In about a year.).

I bet certain faith-based condos are being created and/or upgraded.
How about those fancy waterfront mansions? What percentage of the
rich and powerful owned homes are getting foreclosed? (perhaps one in
ten, if that many)

in 2007 nearly 10 million tax returns had more than a million in
taxable income to report and pay their taxes on, which means they each
most likely had a gross of nearly $10M to blow.

A perfect 72F here in sunny Beaverton at 1:20 PM. East wind, high
clouds, dry. There was a nude beach withiin sight from my dad's
house, but you had to walk to a far ridge through the woods, and I
didn't have a telescope back then. It is interesting that today,
Google Maps satelllite views become lower resolution just when you get
to the area where the nude beach is. That couldn't be a coincidence,
could it? I just ate a big chef's salad as part of my effort to
improve my heath through better diet. My synprtoms have improved, but
I think it is mostly because the air has warmed and so I don't have
cold air aggrravating my cough and runny nose every time I have to
walk a mile out in it. Not getting chilled every night should help
too. The moon is at about half phase now. You can look at that.
Other sights to see with a new telescope: the phases of Venus, the
polar caps of Mars, the moons of Jupiter, and the rings of Saturn.

begs this question Who would believe me? This prediction I made 5
years ago when I dropped my house insurance and cashed out my money at
Mafia owned Florida banks. I told about Mafia buying First National Bank
back in 2004 Its not only that I am a clever person,but I live in
the nations most corrupt state.and by keeping my eyes and ears open I
got an education on how "fraud" and "corruption" is executed. How it has
to work from the top down. How Waste Management is part of our
government(gets its money from taxing) You all can smell a rat when
Obama wants Fiat and GM to be one. It will be a Mafia company. It will

OK Just on the news 12,000 teachers are afraid Charlie Crist is going to
stiff them on a $5,000 bonus that they were promised. This begs the
question would Crist a lieutenant in the republican Mafia be an Indian
giver? I predict he will throw them a few bucks if he gets the word

BHO is not going to bailout your Florida mafia, although nationalizing
most of everything else that counts could be a strong possibility. I
say bus all the kids and their teachers to Washington DC, housing and
feeding them in those lavish republican facilities that are half empty
as of the last election.

74F here and sunny skies at 7:30 PM. Safeway wi-fi was down all day,
so I have come up to Krispy Kreme to post this evening. Sun is just
setting in the west. A real spring-like feel outdoors.

I hated to see Waste Management weasel its way in around here. I once
was in traffic court and when one guy went up to make his plea, the
judge pulled out a long print-out that went down to the floor, and he
said, "This is your driving record!" It was a list of all the guy's
past citations. If Waste Management goes to court, the judge has a
similar long list. Waste Management has been the most cited and fined
company of all the garbage haulers. It is because they have broken
all the rules they could get away with. And they have broken all the
fair trade practices laws, doint whatever they have to to run their
competition out of business!

As far as Kool-Aid, after reading lately about the things that man is
capable. of doing to his fellow man, They might not even be so kind as
to use Kool-Aid. Starvation does the job just as well.

Double A If Waste Management can be part of Florida government and get
away with it ,that lets Severn Trent Toho Water to also be part of the
Osceola government.and next year the water bill will be part of your
property tax. All this is my reason for saying America has gone
