Dear Friends.

No too big secret that NASA has gotten toughest question to fund future & current projects. I’d like to offer you game-changing strategy: One & First among the Key Factors is to become financially independent, space tourism has really great potential to be first having extra incomes, but common mistake of start-ups like SpaceX is the way to excite customers. Ticket to Space is too expensive even for far not poor personas, but fortunately this obstacle can be broken through with lottery schemes to sell tickets + that way makes possible to get many times more income to advance than Just to search wealthy ones.

Aforesaid text is only smallest part of the strategy to turn Space Industry from ugly duck to blossoming Swan.

My the best wishes.

P. S.

+ one wonderful & useful moment must be mentioned: the more NASA will be self-funded, the more money from government will be given to NASA.

Default Space Access Lottery [was Public letter:]

The lottery approach to space tourism is an interesting one.

It would be a good way to generate nearly free publicity for an operation such
as Virgin Galactic and possibly Bigelow Aerospace.

Would be interesting to see these offered as travel prizes on games shows as well.

Will we live to see the day?

Dave, private companies have chosen hard scheme to realize. at the start, proven ways have to be used to down R&D cost, + makes systems maximally safe. i see we need public movement to push Space Industry forward. Now, Time has been wasted 4 impasse projects

I would certainly go with that, or something quite similar.

There's a list of could have been(s), should have been(s). Off-world
metallicity is right up there on top of that list.

It's illegal for private companies or individuals to run lotteries.

Incorrect. Any revenue raised by any federal agency (including NASA)
goes straight into the Treasury. It does not mean NASA will get more money.

Well yes however....

It is not illegal for a private company to donate a prize to a charity or
public organization that holds a lottery as a fund raiser. Happens all the time.

That prize could be a ticket for two to ride on a Virgin Galactic excursion.

Would not raise funds directly for VG, but great publicity (read free
advertising) for them.

Agreed. You cannot as a private citizen even write a check to NASA.

However the politicians managed to carve out an exception for themselves when
it comes to campaign financing. Hence the check-off on your 1040. Too bad
space exploration cannot get a check-off...
