Default Centaur D AC-28 flashing

Centaur D AC-28 72003-B #5816

When I spotted this object on Thursday morning it had some
variation in brightness. This morning it was definitely tumbling.
I estimate it flashed once every two seconds. Otherwise it was
almost invisible in my 10x50 binoculars.
