YMMV, but my experience, especially if you live where there is any
dust at all, is to avoid Armor All.

Try the turtle wax on the ebony star formica, and see if that is
enough by itself.

Once you start using armor all, you have to keep using it frequently.
And it is hard to remove.

I can see how you would think that, indeed as I've already indicated,
that was my first thought as well.

My second was that it would collect dust like a madman.

Rob told me to use it very sparingly, and I can only surmise that it
will be mostly rubbed off before it spoils.

All I can tell you is that in the months my 10" has been back from Rob
Teeter (who does supurb work BTW) it hasn't been an issue.

Mind you I wouldn't want to put it my food at this point..
