Default THEORICAL-PRACTICAL huge QUESTION

...the theorical acceleration is the change of speed and this measure is given in the SI ( international with m/s^2 ... or m/s/s
... the anomal misterious acceleration of Pioneer 10-11 is given with 8.7*10^-8 cm/s^2
... the acceleration of the BigBang ( Hubble Constant ) is given with 67 Km/s /Mpc or 20 Km/s/My.l. ...
NB.: why the change of speed in BB has the Mpc , that is not a time quantity the distance made by the light in 3.2 Millions years ?
PS.: the anomal acceleration of Pioneers and the BB' acceleration are , in absoute value , very similar ?
