I happened to notice that the ESA has issued an Invitation To Tender for
a project called "Biomass Propulsion Subsystem" (ESA ITT AO70236).

However, on closer reading it (sadly) turns out to be unrelated to this
thread, because what they want is an ordinary propulsion subsystem for a
satellite called BIOMASS. :-)
