Default gravititional lensing

does anybody know about the effect of redshift on gravititional lensing
?
and is gravititional lensing is searched on galaxies which move toward
us ,such as M31 ,in other word i want know about the effect of blue
shift on lensing

These are effectively independent processes. A redshifted object can
be gravitationally lensed.

Certainly there have been searches for gravitational lensing toward
M31, and the teams conducting the search (the AGAPE team) have
detected events.
