Default could Earth survive if most stuff in the universe when poof!???

Obviously we wouldn't exist had not the rest of the universe
produced us. Given the laws of physics, it is impossible for
matter and energy to disapprear from the universe.

If the universe somehow consisted of only of our solar system
as it currently exists, there would hardly be any inertia....
so I'm not sure the solar system could exist as it does now.

Are you implying the word "mean" has meaning in a radically truncated
universe where 1=2?
