Manhattan UFO's. Are they balloons or are they........
Manhattan UFO’s. Are they balloons or are they as predicted over a

These UFOs DID NOT flow with the wind current. some people say that the 'balloons' were stationary for more than 30 minutes? sorry. not balloons...
