Default ET breaks up over Atlantic Ocean?

From:

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/new...7/1047_am.html

Says (paraphrased) that ET breaks up and ultimately ends in bits in the
Atlantic Ocean.

Is the location accurate?

Early in the program, it was dumped in the Indian Ocean... then later,
just west of Hawai'i? And now the Atlantic Ocean?

Is location, assuming ET SEP at roughly same time every mission, a
function of the orbital inclination?
