I am not sure whether this is sarcasm, so JFTR:

“now� in English is pronounced /naʊ/.
“Kuiper� in English is pronounced /ˈkaɪpər/.
“Kuiper� in the original Dutch is pronouced /ˈkœypər/ instead, and /œy/
sounds slightly different than the /aÊŠ/ that you might have referred to.

However, there is at least one language that also has the /Å“y/ sound or at
least something very close: Scottish English, as in “house�.
