Default [FAQ] An apology.

Sorry.

Work, system rebuild, rebuilt Windows 3.1 system less stable than
original, repeated newsbase rebuilds, HD (500Mb) almost full, UCE....

Hopefully the FAQ postings will start to reappear on a (semi-)regular
basis again.
