IOW, the measured speed of the mouse was independent of the
speed of its golf cart source. In each case the mouse attained
its regular speed after some "screeching of its tires". The
speed measured was always its own self generated speed.

Question: From the standpoint of theoretical physics, does the
preceding analogy have any possible connection to the constancy
of the SOL irrespective of the speed of its source.
