$60+ for his copy.

I just received mine straight from the horse's trough,
Willman-Bell, Inc. of Richmond, and for only $29.95
plus a most reasonable $1.00 for shipping, if you
don't mind waiting a week or so, depending.

Wow! Virginia's tax is only 4.5%; must be a catch
somewhere.

No, but it was listed nonetheless.

North Carolina charges 7% no matter where you live.

Do tell? Well, it looks like I won't be ordering anything from
within anytime soon, if I can help it.

Some states expect you to VOLUNTARILY pay home state sales
taxes on mail order purhcases. (They also probably *expect* the
tooth fairy to visit the treasury some day too.) I wonder if you buy
something from North Carolina and pay the tax there, do they also
expect you to pay the home state sales tax? There's something
not right in that.
