Default [fitsbits] FITS MIME is complete

In April the Internet Engineering Steering Group informed Don Wells
and me that the FITS MIME Internet Draft had become RFC 4047.
At that point the MIME media types image/fits and application/fits
officially existed, but they were not immediately listed in the
Internet Assigned Names Authority registry of MIME media types.
As a result of personal intervention by Don Wells, the IANA registry
pages today indicate the existence of both MIME types.
The FITS MIME process is complete.
