Better run! There is going to be quite a light show. All of the collective stellar gravity and all of the collective dark matter of the two massive galaxies will definitely affect each other. You do the math!

Never done math, but very good at maths!! But why should I bother ... as
I'll be well and truly dust before the merge begins!!

Oh surely we will have found a cure for death by then! Make plans for your future.

Snip the sanctimonious Glazierola of the Face-****ter
& http://tinyurl.com/The-Chosen-Graveyard-Vandal .

Glazier, old pali, could you please re-tell your reason
again for what you meant by that "What" when you said:
"If I get shot in back of my head. So What TreBert"

Bert, listen up:
Are you going to do it with your own 357-Magnum which
you said to have bought when you were a Jewish Jailbird
who got death-threats when you were in the custody of
Osceola Sheriff Bob Hansell, for badmouthing & thieving...
or....

was it about those other 2 times of death-threats which
you always brag about but never explained?

What exactly were you stealing on those 2 occasions?

Not even going to begin for hundreds of millennia and essentially no
actual collisions.

Never smart to wait until the last minute. Galaxies have more gravity than the sum total of all their black holes, stars and planets--something is very definitely going to happen to the Milky Way. Not sure what but something is going to happen.

Reality is Humankind will not be able to see the merger,or anything else. The history of man will have its end thanks to Kim and Trump. That is a given Ber

The merger with Andromeda will come in 4 billion years. The new galaxy has already been named Milkdromeda. Stars are so far apart that there shouldn't be any problems for us. But if the Andromeda central black hole should pass close to us on its route to merging with the Milky Way central black hole, that could indeed be a problem!

If we see the Andromeda central black hole coming toward us we should have plenty of time to migrate out of the way.
