Default Space station hand and airlock

The space station arm is eventually going to be outfitted with a fancy hand
that should be able to replace electronic modules on the outside of the
station without requiring an EVA.

(I assume that had this been in place, the RPCM replacements due soon on the
CMGs could have been done by the arm).

However, how do they plan to move a spare from the inside of the station to
the outside where the manipulator can pick it up ?

(and conversly, bring the broken part back into the station).

Hmm.
Glue a suit onto the end of the arm, add oxygen and cooling hoses.
Voila.
