Dont they have a upstream capability?

Says progress includes DVDs and magazines. NO OFFENSE to the crew but wouldnt it be better to use the cargo capacity some other way? while uploading tv like programming and magazine content? Hey I get my TV by satellite, dont they have some extra bandwidth? HAVE A GREAT DAY!
