Do farts float longer in zero g and stink more?

much lower air pressure = less odor propagation.

They also tend to eat low-residue diets beofre and during the flight.

Well that's good. If an astronaut noticed their turd has escaped and was
floating around the cabin, the rest of the crew probably wouldn't readily
volunteer to help catch it.

Where can I get access to a low-residue diet? I'm not planning to fly in
space any time soon, but might be more popular with a different diet.
