Default Falcon 9 and the space casino

Now that space x can lift 25 tonnes to LEO, for ~40M,

I propose that a Las Vegas style casino/holiday resort be constructed in
LEO.

Considering that a Las Vegas Casino costs around 1B these days ( the Wynn
Las Vegas cost 3B?), that gives about 50 trips to get it built - about a
thousand tonnes of beautifully sculpted carbon fiber, shielded via water...
the low g in the gently spinning habitat/ hotel/ casino offering the very
best in sybaritic delights for those with the money and the will; good for
the health, and good for the sex life (low G and zero g 100 mile high club)

Model the internal decore along the style of the star trek enterprise meets
the Wynn Las Vegas.
Take paying customers up, and give them a 'cruise amongst the stars'

Hey perhaps Steve Wynn and a consortium of other casinos/hotels could
bankroll it! - there is no tax in space mate!

Hmmm how far is Vandenberg from Las Vegas?
perhaps a deal could be struck for launch facilities...

bring it on!
