Yes, it was found in a quarantined parrot but still proof it has
reached England. Oh please watch yourself Officer Ray I can't afford to
lose you. Wear a face mask or cowboy kerchief if you have to go out.
Don't mind what the public thinks you're a profound Earth Science Team
Officer and vital to the team. Thanks for your report.

carry on,

I'm not worried at this time, we get these sort of panic headlines
almost every year. Did you know about 23,000 people died in 2003 across
Europe due solely to the hot weather?, I'm not surprised if you didn't.

So far more people will die falling down the stairs than by bird flu I
expect, gotta keep all this in some perspective.

No Officer Ray, I don't recall reading about killer steps on
those great looking European trip brochures, hmmmmmm, who knew? It must
be the end what with thousands loosing their lives with one bad
planetary event after another, and now killer steps too, oh the
humanity.

ponder on,

I was surprised at how many die each year through a 'normal' flu.
12,000.

It has been confirmed that the dead parrot did have the deadly strain
but I can't find the link at the moment.
