Latest Phoenix images reveal many bone remains. The remains are
labeled in my first picture in the album "Martian fossils" at

They are only "bone remains" because you have labeled them "bone
remains". You haven't done anything to establish that that is in fact
what they are...or that they are anything other than ordinary rocks to
which you've applied your over-active imagination.
