Earthquakes and the Earth's Rotation
Saw this news item:
http://www.techtimes.com/articles/21...en-in-2018.htm Note, incidentally, that earthquakes don't follow a seasonal rhythm due to the Sun's apparent motion in the sky slowing down and speeding up every year to result in the Equation of Time. No, this is due to a temporary slowdown in what is manifested in the apparent sky as stellar circumpolar motion. John Savard |
