Gelling of Oxidizers
Hi Group
quite a lot of effort has been made to gel liquid rocket fuels. On the oxidizer side I only know about gelling nitric acids. What has been used for that? Fumed silicas? What about gelling N2O4? Has that been done and how. Many thanks for any infos and pointers to websites or publications (specially the NTO issue) Bruno |

Cabosil, available at your local plastics place, will do the trick. -- Scott Lowther, Engineer Remove the obvious (capitalized) anti-spam gibberish from the reply-to e-mail address |
