Default Televue Gibraltar mount differences?

Hello,

Anyone know if there are any significant differences between a NEW 2004
Televue Gibralter Mount and tripod and a 6 or 7 year old version? I am
especially interested in encoders, bearing and any mechanical changes or
improvements offered in the newer heads.

Thanks
