Rich is just another brainless troll who doesn't have enough braincells to
know anything. He joined the other trolls and screwballs in my killfile a long time ago. Hay, he shares the same love of bush as D.min does! Maybe they should live together? How else can you explain why 2/3 of the planet are
exempt from participating, principally, Indian and China Once again, your rant distorts the facts. In fact, 84 countries have signed the Kyoto Protocol and 150 countries have either ratified, accepted, approved or assented, including China and India. Although several of those countries have no emissions targets (in the context of the Protocol), they are nonetheless "participating". http://unfccc.int/files/essential_ba...df/kpstats.pdf global warming is a mechanism to shift wealth and jobs from the West to the "have nots. Norway, Australia and Iceland, which most people would consider part of the "West", are in fact allowed to *increase* their emissions: http://unfccc.int/essential_backgrou...items/3145.php In summary, you talk like a Nazi and know even less. Global warming supporters don't believe in data, they believe in dogma. How true. There are two simple experiments anyone can perform to begin a basis for further discussion: Experiment 1. Place a pot of cold water atop one's stove. Turn the stove on, and observe what happens. [hint: the water warms up] Experiment 2. Continue heating the water from experiment #1 until it boils, then place an ice cube into the water and observe what happens. [hint: the ice cube melts and disappears] From those two experiments, let's look at some of the data collected by NASA, various oceanographic research institutes, etc. and see how the observed data from the two experiments is applied to the real world. Step 1. Some 1600+ (that's one thousand, six hundred and some) undersea active volcanos have been more-or-less recently discovered off the coast of Chile (located at the Eastern edge of the Pacific Ocean). Coupling that finding with other Pacific Ocean undersea vulcanism (Hawaii, et al) it looks like we now have a reasonable causative agent for the El Nino (warm) currents in the Pacific Ocean which affect global weather. Step 2. Undersea vulcanism has been recently discovered under the North Polar icecap and, per experiment #2, can account for the shrinking of Earth's North polar icecap. Similarly, vulcanism has been discovered in the South polar region and can account for diminishing ice there, too, though other areas of the South Polar region are experiencing INCREASED ice formation. NOW, throwing in data from the Goddard Institute for Space Studies, Columbia University (New York (GISS)), the Jones et al data from the Climate Research Unit, University of East Anglia, Norwich UK (CRU), and the Global Historical Climatology Network (GHCN) maintained by the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) and the Carbon Dioxide Information and Analysis Center (CDIAC) of Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, we see that any claim for global warming is pure BULL****. I don't have time to document (here) all the data, but YOU (any disbeliever) can start at: http://www.giss.nasa.gov/data/update/gistemp/station%20data/ which records some 140+ years of temperature data from worldwide. Sure, cities like New York have gotten warmer (thanks to population increase and more use of concrete), but other areas (just as important) have gotten colder. Global warming? BULL****. If anything, we're headed to (yet another) ice age in a millenium or so. |

"Global warming science is grounded on evidence." What evidence? Some
silly-science hacks with Gov. grants? |
